When, where and why was SOFCON founded?

SOFCON is a hundred percent Saudi Company with main Head Quarters Offices in Al-Khobar and branch offices all over the region. SOFCON was established to satisfy the requirements of the region’s various sectors for quality engineering design and project management services.

Since its formation, SOFCON has been responsible for implementing a large number of projects. In addition to petroleum refineries, SOFCON has diversified and excelled in other fields such as pipelines, petrochemicals, water, oil and gas processing, offshore and onshore structures & platforms and power. SOFCON today provides a complete range of project services in all engineering fields and has emerged as one of the leading design, engineering and project management companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. SOFCON has been in operation as an organized Engineering Design Office in Saudi Arabia since 1979.

Moreover, our Commercial Division handles service requisitions to serve customers seeking our services from In-Kingdom and Out-Of-Kingdom. How can I become a SOFCON employee?

SOFCON HR Division continually collects and reviews resumes of candidates to fill vacancies needed to satisfy obligations to our customers. SOFCON welcomes expertise from all over the world. Special emphasis is given to Saudi Arabs as a commitment to community development and support. Special training programs and development plans are in place for Saudi engineers and Saudi support staff.
